Car accident, 50% discount, next project?

Dear Backers,
Unfortunately I have sad news to share. Some of you noticed that the status bar on my website for the next project launch hasn't changed for months and I want to let you all know why this is. The reason for this is that I got involved in a car accident (chain collision with 4 cars) last year, from which I am still recovering. At this point of time I still have quite a lot of health issues which make it unclear when I can start with my 9-5 job again, let alone work on a new project.
Although I hope that my recovery will take months, it will most likely take longer than that. Because of this, I want to cancel my contract with the fulfillment centre and hosting provider. Before I will do this, I want to give you 50% discount on all products that are left via my website https://www.dutchdicegoblin.com. Dice boxes are now only $3,95, stickers $1,70 and 6x D6 dice $6,95 USD for example (while stocks last).

I have some fun news to share with you!
Over the past couple weeks I have been working on making a (simple) web shop on which you can purchase the spare Dice and accessoires that are left from this campaign.
As mentioned in the previous update I ordered more dice and accessoires than needed in able to quickly resend orders if needed. Out of more than 8000 dice, spread out over 525+ orders, only 4 dice were reported faulty and only 3 orders are still in transit. Since everything went so well, there is still a way to get your hands on extra dice, but do remember that it is until stocks last.
Via www.DutchDiceGoblin.com you can get your hands on the very last whale in dice (set(s)), enamel pins and more. You can even gift your beloved ones an online Gift Card so they can pick something themselves!
DutchDiceGoblin is my first ever web shop (which I also had to built quite quickly), so it is far from perfect, but I hope you like it :)

2021 has been a surreal year with on one hand a succesfull Kickstarter project and amazing messages from you all, but on the other hand also a lot of restrictions, sadness and uncertainties.
I want to say that I truly hope that you and your beloved ones are healty and doing good during this pandemic.
Please stay healthy and take care of the ones around you. Christmas is a time of happiness, but can also be a time of loneliness (especially in these times). Let's stay strong and go through this together!

Shipping update, webshop and another project coming?

Whale hello everyone!
I just wanted to give you a quick update on the shipping progress and to thank you for all the positive, kind and great messages you have sent me. It truly means a lot to me to see how excited and happy you are with your Whale dice set. Thank you for that! It truly makes my day!
Shipping progress
Shipping is going very well! Looking at the first batch of 458 parcels, 90% has been delivered successfuly and the second batch is being prepared for shipping as we speak. If you haven't received your order just yet, then there is no need to worry. Please keep an eye on your tracking page via backerkit. If your tracking code is not working then please try a different tracking page like Parcelsapp or 17track. I do see some parcels that are waiting to be picked up from the local post office for a couple days already, so please do not wait too long, otherwise the parcel will be sent back again. In case you do have questions and/or remarks, please contact me directly via a private message so I can help you :)
Webshop
When placing the order with my supplier, I ordered more dice, enamel pins, stickers and dice boxes than needed in case parcels got lost during shipment and/or arrived damaged so I could reship as soon as possible. Since the fulfillment is going so well, I will have some extra dice and accessories available for sale, so I am working on setting up a webshop as we speak. As mentioned in the Kickstarter, the Whale in dice set is a limited edition, so once this stock is gone, they cannot be ordered anymore. I will post another update once the webshop goes live. :-)
Will there be another project(?)
I have received quite some messages asking whether I will do another Kickstarter project and the answer is: Absolutely!.......
I do already have some cute and fun ideas in mind, but I also want to fully complete this project first before I start working on a new one. I do not want to rush things and I really want to be sure that each and everyone is happy. That is most important to me. :)

The time has come for these cute whales to be released again! This is the moment we and they have been waiting for! In the upcoming weeks they will cover thousands of kilometers, swimming through rough and calm waters, on their way to your home. They love a big smile, so be ready because otherwise you might scare them off!
Every order is shipped with direct line shipping with track and trace, so it can be tracked. The track and trace will be visible on your backerkit page. You will also receive a notification email from Backerkit (please check your spam folder as well). If you cannot see the tracking link then your order will be shipped in the next batch and/or information is missing. Please check whether your card was charged succesfully and you filled in survey completely.
In your backerkit account you will see something like the image below. It is not a clickable link. Under the blue blocks, you will see your email address and behind that your tracking code along with the website on where you can track your parcel.
In case that your parcel cannot be delivered, the fulfillment centre (or me) will contact you in order to correct this.
In a normal situation It will roughly take between 10-18 days for the parcels to be delivered depending on your location, but please do keep in mind that this can be longer when held by customs and/or due to the covid pandemic. Please make sure to check the track and trace regularly when delivery is getting close to make sure that someone is there to accept the parcel.
Also good to know is that every order will be shipped in a biodegradable mailer which is made of plants instead of plastics. It will fully decompose in 180 days, so please throw it in your green waste bin or on your compost pile (if you have one of course :) ).
Although I did my best to make sure that you will receive everything in good order, it can happen that something gets damaged or delayed during shipping. In case you have any questions or remarks, PLEASE contact me directly via a private message. It is then easier for me to follow up on your question and/or remark. :)

Locking your shipping address!

Good news! The dice are ready and shipped to the fulfillment centre today, so I am hopeful that I can start with fulfilling before the end of this month.
I will be locking shipping addresses soon. That means you have roughly two days to update your shipping address in your BackerKit survey. Please make sure to double check your shipping details to avoid delays and/or to prevent your order to be undeliverable.
If you need to review your shipping address, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on my BackerKit project page at https://white-whale-in-dice.backerkit.com
If you haven’t answered your survey yet, you can still fill it out to get your rewards, but your shipment may be delayed.
If you need to change your shipping address, please make the changes in your BackerKit survey in the next two days. After locking the shipping addresses, I will charge your cards this weekend to collect the funds for shipping and the add-ons. The next update will follow soon :)
